Together Women provides holistic services to women and girls with multiple and complex needs across Yorkshire, Humberside and the North of England.
OUR SERVICE MODEL IS FLEXIBLE, RESPONSIVE AND DYNAMIC
We provide gender specific support for women and girls that is flexible, responsive and dynamic. Through trained, expert Key Workers the women who come to us for support have their needs identified and addressed through various interventions; we offer one to one work, group therapy and signposting to external, specialist services who operate from our centres to provide our clients with an holistic, all encompassing service.
WE HAVE CENTRES THAT ARE SAFE, COMFORTABLE AND WOMEN ONLY
Our centres offer safe, women-only spaces from which key workers and sessional staff provide needs assessment, action-planning, support and case management for women and girls referred by a number of different agencies. Centres also provide a wide range of group programmes, training, workshops and self-help groups. Women and girls can access mentoring support from trained former clients called ‘peer mentors,’ encouraging them towards personal growth and development.
