Carlisle Business Centre is hosting its yearly McMillan Coffee Morning

Get your bake on ladies!

All the donations on the day are made to Macmillan Cancer Support. This is the largest fundraising event for people battling cancer. After last year’s successful coffee morning we want you all to help us make this year’s even bigger and better!!

Last year McMillan raised £25 million and this year they are aiming to raise even more! We have a donations box at the reception if you would kindly put a small donation in for this amazing cause that would be great. We will have a game on the reception desk called ‘Guess the Height of the World’s Tallest Cake’ it’s simple , guess how tall the cake tower is for £2 a guess if you would like to give it a go the game is placed on the reception desk, the winner will be added into a prize draw. Please show your support for such a wonderful and meaningful cause.

We will be having a ‘CAKE OFF’ this year, sign up at reception with a voluntary contribution of £2 to enter your cake in to one of 2 categories ‘Tastiest Treats’ or ‘Creative Cakes’. Cake Off will be held at 12pm in the foyer with an auction of all the cakes entered to follow on. So please do join us on the day to enjoy some tasty sweets and treats. There will also be a few games to take part in on the day!

Please do let reception staff know if you would like to make a contribution to the coffee morning by bringing in some cakes or any baked treats.

Feel free to bring along your friends and family on the day to buy some tasty treats and enjoy the fun.

Also remember with every slice of cake you buy you will receive a free tea or coffee!
