Bradford Central Community Led Local Development (CLLD)
Call Specification for Website Provision


Bradford Council, Carlisle Business Centre, Cnet, CABAD, and the Bradford Central Local Action Group have been successful in their ESIF application to deliver the CLLD Strategy for the area.

As such, we are now seeking a Website provider who can
1. Deliver a secure website, to include:

Home Page – This to
Information About CLLD – This will include what the program is about and the background to the program
Area that we cover – This would include an interactive Map provided by us
A page where we will be posting information about CLLD procurement
Information about the Local Action Group (LAG) – This will include who the members are and how people can get involved
LAG Members Login section – This will be a private area for members only
A News and Events page
Contacts Section
An area where we can upload minutes of meetings and other documents for public consumption
Document uploading and downloading capability.
An Area for uploading information on projects and progress of projects
Mobile phone compatibility (responsive web design)
Easy to function and simple to navigate for the public. WordPress or alternative easy to use CMS

2. Deliver Training:
The website will subsequently need to be self managed to assist the Local Action Group and support teams to promote the successful implementation of the CLLD strategies and the open & transparent commissioning and delivery process ensuring compliance with ESIF regulations. Therefore the provider will need to deliver training for staff to include:
Document uploading and downloading capability.
How to manage the members area
How to add/amend/update/delete
Knowledge required to successfully manage the website


3. Provide Regular Updates -

This would include Security updates and other relevant updates as appropriate.

 

4. Provide ongoing adhoc maintenance support
The website will be live until December 2022 and therefore we will require ongoing maintenance support post launch of the website until December 2022. This could be in the form of:
a) An hourly rate for support as and when required
OR
b) An Annual contract for 24 to 30 hours

The content of the website will be similar to Keighley CLLD website - https://keighleyclld.org.uk/. From a presentational, operational and Navigational point of view we are looking for something similar to the CNet website - https://cnet.org.uk/
Please send your outline proposal (no more than 750 words) including:
How you will deliver the website required including timescales involved.
Separate costings for each of the 4 headings above
Your relevant track record with links to a couple of existing websites that you have developed
